THE BEST HISPANIC FOOD IN WACO! The owner of this place is not only friendly & Assertive the food here is phenomenal. I have eaten everywhere here in waco tx , and the surrounding areas , and i can say Taqueira La Chona is by far the best.

Unfortunately I was not happy with the menudo or tacos menudo taste water down barbacoa was dry and cold I thought it was going to be good cuz it seems to have a lot of people in and out but I should have know it wasn't cuz the clienteles was not of Spanish culture that would know good food

the most delicious fajita torta and orange agua fresca! it came with two spicy sauces. they do have a nice, shaded eating area that is free from flies, but i took it to go for work
